Com-Towers was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in 2004 and reopened in Sydney in 2020. We operate virtually in multiple time-zones. We have completed coaching and advisory assignments with clients based in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.

My name is Adam Filler.

I am an experienced international coach, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of helping clients navigate the people aspects of organisational transformations. As the founder of Com-Towers, a boutique consultancy based in Sydney and Zurich, I work with diverse and complex environments to lift their game and achieve success. I am an ICF member and a certified facilitator of various organisational culture and leadership development tools.

I combine my expertise in coaching, learning and change management with my cross-cultural and multi-industry experience to help my clients achieve their dreams.
